Be the “good soul” of our newly renovated office in the 30th floor of the Upper West!
Leave your mark by creating a unique office atmosphere and make our teams feel completely at home.

• With your hospitality, positivity, and can-do mentality you will provide service and support to your colleagues in the office.
• After the renovation of the office space is completed, you will play an essential part organising the move of teams and making them feel comfortable.
• With your creative ideas you can be part of interior design consideration and help us creating an environment for active people enjoying coming to the office as a place to meet and collaborate.
• You will be responsible for managing the facility, ordering office supplies and negotiating with external vendors.
• You will own and organize our office community events and you are eager to make them special.
• You will take care of the incoming mails, calls and visitors.
• You will support the accounting team with invoices, and you act as a deputy for the executive assistant.
• You will have the opportunity to grow and learn with us and take over more responsibilities if you want.

• You have more than two years experience in office management or assistant roles.
• You love to organize the office space, you have an eye for interior and for keeping a space clean and organized.
• You like to optimize the day-to-day business and keep productivity at high levels.
• Your English language skills are excellent. If you speak German that would be an advantage.
• You bring enthusiasm for this position and a strong sense for hospitality.
• You are hands-on and you are not shying away from helping where needed.
