Job Description

• Provide consistent and purposeful casework management for not more than 30 cases with multiple needs and safety risks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in delivering good case outcomes.
• Perform intake duties as part of intake team.
• To undertake any other responsibilities and duties assigned by Director.
• Perform any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling 
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Good report writing skill.
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
