The Executive (Security and Compliance) will oversee the compliance review and assessment for MDOTS and EMS. He will assist to perform timely assessment to facilitate prompt procurement and deployment. He will
Implementing a systemic process to evaluate MDOTS and EMS compliance and enforce risk mitigation to reduce risk exposure. Provide essential information to facilitate leadership decisions regarding risk to organisational operations and MDOTS across SingHealth.
Provide the necessary consultation and advice to Institutions with regards to HIM compliance so that agencies can make informed decisions and stay aligned to HIM Security policies and standards.
Work with OpTech to address IT security incidents involving MDOTS and EMS and ensure prompt RCA and closure.
Participate in work strategic initiatives or adhoc projects as and when directed by GCISO and GCIO.
Job Requirements:
A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT and 2 years of experience in an operational IT security or risk management role
Knowledge of cybersecurity and IoT/IoMT and the relationship between them is an advantage.
Experience and knowledge of Healthcare/Gov IT, Security and Procurement policies and best practices is an advantage.
Strong problem solving, analytical and conceptual thinking ability.
