The Youth Development Manager will oversee agency workforce development endeavors by providing management and supervision for the Education & Employment Program. The manager will also ensure consistent and developmentally appropriate programming and opportunities exist for youth members with special attention to youth employability and retention.

Requirements:

• BA degree
• 3 years of experience in an education or employment services environment
• 2+ years experience in social service setting, experience with youth preferred
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Working knowledge of trauma-informed and harm-reduction service models
