What you’ll be doing?
General office management (inventory and purchase office supplies, stationery and equipment, etc)
Maintain Company records, filings and documentations, ensure the data were updated in a timely and accurate manner
Assist in employee relations events
Perform diverse secretarial and administrative duties, provide support to manager
Participate in other ad-hoc projects as required
What are we looking for?
Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 1 year relevant working experience
Service-oriented and detail minded
Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility
Good time management & communication skills
Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced team environment and with strong sense of responsibility
Good command of both written and spoken English
Immediately available is preferred
