STORES PERSON / SHOP ASSISTANT –

SPAR Eastgate, Little island, Cork an award-winning convenience retailer in Cork, requires a stores person and driver to work as part of their award-winning team.

REPORTING TO THE STORE MANAGER, THE MAIN DUTIES;

• Responsible for organising the stockroom
• Responsible for packing deliveries in stockroom and shopfloor

To undertake sales floor duties as may be assigned by the store manager typical of the Company’s core business – Retailing.

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes
• Previous experience desirable but not essential
• Flexibility in working hours as role involves evenings
• Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
