We are hiring a Marketing Data Analyst to utilize data to package and deliver insights to help grow sales. These insights will benefit our customers (dealers and end users) by providing benchmarks, lowering risk, create ROI, reduce complexity and time our of buying process and would step up learning and thus space evolution. Internally, the analysis will allow us to create clarity of the spaces that customer buy vs. components purchased, clearer picture of current state and pace of evolution, and could inform our application strategy. This is a unique role within the organization where your work will have an impact on the success of the company.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Solve business problems to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing Leaders to help identify “wonders” that the organization has and how data can be used to answer those wonders.
• Partner with Data Science teams to analyze data to gain the insights need.
• Market (Internally, Externally, and Globally) those insights to drive growth.
• Create a Data Driven Marketing Culture
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify help identify how data can help their teams.
• Be part of a community creating visual dashboards (Tableau) that can easily answer questions and provide insights.
• Coach others on tools and methods to instill the data driven thinking.
Your Future Team:
You will join the Corporate Marketing team which supports and owns projects, programs, and content that goes across the different Product Categories. You will also collaborate closely with several other cross functional departments.
Who You Are:
Required Skills and Competencies
• BA / BS or equivalent in business, finance, marketing, economics, mathematics, statistics or other related technical field
• Basic knowledge of statistical techniques for data mining and modeling for business applications.
• Basic knowledge of statistical techniques for data mining and modeling for business applications.
• Ability to uniquely connect and apply diverse information and ideas to gain new insights, solve problems and identify opportunities.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
• Knowledge of visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) and applied use in visual storytelling is preferred.
• Experience in the industry or analogous industry preferred
