What You Will Be Doing:

In this role you will help achieve Sales objectives around growth through partnering with the business and developing new innovative simplified processes. You will play a critical role in analyzing trends, understanding the business, and partnering with both Finance and Sales to investigate problems and identify solutions.

Your Future Team:

This individual has direct interaction with Senior Finance leaders, Sales VPs, and many other roles both within and outside of Finance. This role will report into the Americas Sales Finance Manager and will actively work with all Business Groups Controllers and the entire Sales Finance team, allowing to have a broader knowledge of the business.

Who You Are:

You have strong analytical skills and experience performing financial evaluations.? You enjoy identifying issues and proposing recommendations and solutions.? You are excited to interact with customers (sales and finance) as a business partner and work with them to set a strategy and solve problems. You are a self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritize and manage ever-changing priorities.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or equivalent
• 4+ years of related experience?
• Broad analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Excel skills and experience
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• GAAP knowledge with prior accounting experience a plus
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact and present to senior leaders with identifying concerns and proposing innovative solutions
• Curiosity to research processes and recommend efficiencies

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Experience with Tableau
• Proficient in SAP, BW and Salesforce
• MBA, MSA, CPA or other evidence of technical competence
