Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative and operational support
· WhatsApp & Phone call reply to client’s enquiry
· Preparing proposal & document with excel, word, drive
· Website, social media posts editing and managing
· Handle ad hoc task
· Other admin duties (E.g. Schedule meeting, agenda & meeting etc.)
Requirements:
· Higher Diploma or above
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Good at MS Office, video & photo editing
· Experience in AI, photoshop and canva knowledge is an advantage
· English and Chinese word typing
· Well-organized, Self-initiative and able to work independently
· Commensurate with experience
Remuneration:
· 5-day work
· 5 mins walk from MTR station
