About the role:

Symphony is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Sales Account Manager to help grow and develop the existing client base and sourcing new ones by actively driving opportunities to up-sell, cross- sell and recommend new applications, workflows, automation and solutions in the workplace across the North Asia markets.

The right person would be part of a broader Global Account Management Team, and work seamlessly with colleagues in Europe, the US and Asia, to enhance global coverage accounts while cultivating the local relationships. This is a Hong Kong based opportunity with flexibility to work from home or office.

What you will do:

• Ensure client retention and increase user adoption of Symphony and associated integrations/workflows by working closely with key stakeholders internally and externally
• Increasing touch-points throughout each account, introducing product specialists, senior management, technical account team and client engagement team, to manage client relationships effectively and create partnerships
• Help drive and contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product offering, identifying client pain-points, presenting solutions, monitoring competitive products, analyzing and relaying customer feedback
• Effective logging of all client information – contacts, leads, opportunities etc. in the Symphony CRM system, enabling secure team collaboration between the Symphony teams/regions
• Create forecasts across various client metrics, while monitoring and adjusting regularly to ensure an accurate and timely pipeline is maintained and can be used when presenting to senior management/board etc.
• Help train/mentor junior members of the team, and support other teams when required
• Be a Symphony evangelist and ambassador

Your experience and background:

• Proven experience in a solutions-focused sales and account manager role
• Demonstrate success working with or within Financial services (Bank / Interdealer Broker / Asset Manager / Consultant / Vendor)
• Ability to establish relationships with C-level decision-makers of major accounts across multiple markets (product and geographical)
• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills with the confidence to build credibility at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
• Solid commercial and financial awareness of complex negotiations processes and ability to close
• A true passion for delivering a ʻbest-in-classʼ customer experience.
• Confident in ability to meet targets and deadlines
