The Terraces of Boise, one of 13 HumanGood communities recently honored by U.S. News & World Report as a “Best Skilled Nursing Facility 2024″ and Best Nursing Home 2024” is hiring full-time LPNs (LVN/LPN) for its Skilled Nursing team.
** Full-time ** 6AM – 6PM and 6PM – 6AM ** Will need to work either a Saturday or Sunday

Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm; develop assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience in senior care preferred
