To accelerate our growth trajectory, we’re now looking for a Director of Product Marketing to drive all aspects of product marketing for Tesorio. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer storytelling and is a proven strategic and operational leader with technical acumen. They also love being a player/coach, are an experienced people manager, and have strong B2B SaaS experience. As the Director of Product Marketing, you will own and drive strategy and roadmap execution for an innovative product that solves real problems for the office of the CFO and the Accounts Receivables team. This highly strategic role will have you constantly collaborating with the founder and senior leaders from across Tesorio and will have a material voice in shaping the future of the company. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will be one of the key leaders for the entire marketing organization. Responsibilities – Create GTM strategies and the resulting executional deliverables based on identifying macro/micro marketplace opportunities, competition and customer insights. – Craft differentiated messaging and positioning that is engaging, concise and compelling. – Build a team that brings together and unifies the sales, product, construction, customer success, and marketing functions. – Product Launches: Build and drive the go to market strategy for all product releases and leverage customer insights to impact product roadmap. Bring new products to market both internally through enablement as well as externally through all marketing channels. Partner effectively with Product and Engineering teams for product evolution. – Generate customer-facing and sales-enabling thought leadership content. – Provide the sales team with effective Competitive insights, battlecards and differentiated messaging. – Work with Sales and senior leaders to create effective and scalable Pricing. – Bring your deep marketplace knowledge, in partnership with the Product and Engineering teams, to heavily influence the product roadmap. – Your performance will be measured by your ability to execute and achieve measurable results including fueling customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
