You will drive impactful CREATIVE COMMERCE for our brands – understand consumer needs, designed through the BMAT model and delivered by PACE, bringing consumer-centric experiences on a phygital way –with conversion at its heart.
The Creative Commerce manager will support in driving End to End thinking on the consumer and shopper experience for the sparkling brands, with a specific focus in the On Premise channel (both Traditional and Modern). Connecting the brand business and creative strategies with a consumer-centric ecosystem, that will leverage owned, earned, shared & paid touchpoints as well as brand assets.
What we expect from you:
Develops the Shopper Strategy and Plan for Sparkling brands linked to its E2E Journey and Big Idea to ensure that bold brand equity is translated into transactions.
Integrate digital marketing thinking in shopper marketing campaigns (voice, QR codes, beacons, CRM, digital coupons ect.)
Define always-on strategies to activate brand campaigns and commercial initiatives into social commerce, quick commerce and other new and innovative commerce platforms
Customize (global brands) and/or develops (regional brands) content for specific category touchpoints and/or channel based on key occasions and relevant triggers
Designs relevant Shopper Mechanics when it is a critical component of the big idea and scalable to ensure relevance and efficiency
Manages the calendar of Shopper Activations together with Channel Strategy team for the On Premise channel to ensure timely execution
Develops Shopper execution guidelines and Supports Marketing Execution by handing over to Frontline Marketing robust activation tool kits and materials for seamless market activation
Translates Shopper Insights and Channel expertise into concrete communication and brand activation strategies and plans
Develops phygital experiences an identifies opportunities in different touchpoints to drive conversion
Creates enticing Costumer Sell-In stories and Value Dialogues as key topline arguments for the initiatives
Connecting brand experiences with brand rituals building and in order to significantly improve weekly+ conversion.
Qualification & Requirements
Preference for individuals with experience in working in consumer and shopper/commercial plans – 5+ years of experience
Experience on Commercial or Shopper Marketing projects in the past, understand sell-in opportunities for customers and bottler timelines
Significant marketing, communication & connections experience for leader and smaller brands
Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
Fluent English is required; Portuguese/ Spanish desirable.
Mastery Of (Required): Shopper insights and marketing; Channel insight and execution; Project management; Customer/shopper journey; Digital
Broad Expertise In (Good To Have): Bottler management; Capability building; Agency management ; Dmi/roi management
Communication Focus: Role will require frequent Commercial / Channel Leads; Creative and Brand teams, Role will also interact frequently with external parties, particularly agencies and POS companies
Functional Skills:
Shopper Insights Knowledge: Ability to gather shopper insights from multiple categories and connect the dots into a strategic direction towards channel execution
Shopper Strategy: Ability to translate E2E Journeys into concrete activation per shopper touchpoint/channels but also beyond towards a phygital (physical & digital) path to purchase
Partners Management: Ability to brief agencies to develop content and communication materials for several categories and channels & ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders, delivering the most effective and efficient tool kits for market execution.
Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams
Communicating, influence and negotiate across multiple stakeholders
