Position Overview:
As the project coordinator working for multiple teams, you will need superior organizational and communication skills. You will deal with internal stakeholders as well as customers coming at our innovation center at Brussels. You need to be curious and have a strong desire to learn from others.
Function Specific Activities:
The Work Itself
Your job covers 3 aspects, which make it rich and super interesting. Firstly, assisting the customer innovation center manager in Brussels (KO lab), helping to prepare the sessions, coordinating all the parties implied, welcoming the bottlers and customers teams, so that the KO lab manager can be totally focus on leading the sessions. As you will be facing customers, your kindness and level of service will be highly appreciated to contribute to reach the highest satisfaction scores. Secondly, working with the European Away from Home key accounts on several industry events (like CineEurope…) showcasing our company, brands and solutions at these conferences. And finally supporting the customer value creation team. Managing multiple calendars, being into the details of organization not missing a beat is second nature to you. Organization skills are critical, as you’ll be scheduling events, conferences, meetings, appointments. Making European travel arrangements is something you can do while also responding to incoming phone calls and emails from internal & external people. Event management is also something you dearly enjoy. You will do the PO engagement for the teams you will be looking after.
You are happy to work within the customers world, in high-speed & moving environments, manipulating confidential and/or sensitive information doesn’t scare you. You’re organize and can bring creativity to the group and find solutions to facilitate the work. Prioritizing is something you’re known for. You’re calm, well-spoken, organized, and professional… but you also know how to have a little fun! Sounds like you? Great – then we need you!
