The Execu|Search Group Looking for Senior Data Program Manager (Remote) at New York, NY Full Time

A real estate organization in New York City is actively seeking a collaborative and hardworking professional to join their staff in a remote capacity as their new Senior Data Program Manager. In this role, the Senior Data Program Manager oversees management of assigned global, enterprise-wide data programs to a successful conclusion, delivering a variety of technology solutions to the organization in a cost effective and timely manner.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Program Manager will:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of assigned data programs to agreed schedule, scope, and budget
• Define scope and deliverables that support organizational objectives in collaboration with the project teams, steerco, and other stakeholders
• Develop project plans and timelines
• Lead timely resolution of key issues, decisions, escalations, and risks
• Identify and manage program dependencies and critical path
• Remove barriers to success in a proactive and collaborative manner
• Manage relationships with variety of stakeholders to influence and negotiate timelines and deliverables
• Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate reports
• Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders and teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of program management experience
• 3+ years of experience leading large scale programs with high complexity, visibility, and impact
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations at all levels of the organization, with focus on C-level and senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding in both Agile and waterfall methodology
• Deep domain experience in traditional project management framework, principles, and practices
• Excellent written and verbal group and interpersonal communication skills
• Technical project management skills required
• Proficient in the use of project management software (Smartsheet)

• PMP certification
