The Execu|Search Group Looking for Senior Oracle EPM Analyst at Woodcliff Lake, NJ Full Time

A luxury manufacturing company in New Jersey is actively seeking a dedicated and driven professional to join their staff as their new Senior Oracle EPM Analyst. In this role, the Senior Oracle EPM Analyst responsible for supporting, developing, and administering the firm’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.

Responsibilities

The Senior Oracle EPM Analyst will:

• Provide ongoing support of the Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Management (HFM), FDMEE, and FR applications
• Perform routine maintenance of the Hyperion applications, including metadata, security, data, calculation rules/scripts, and batch files
• Act as a point of contact for Hyperion-related issues, and once identified – troubleshoot and work through to resolution
• Automate Excel based VB macro reports using Smart view/Hyperion FR
• Coordinate with systems management, infrastructure, and external consulting teams to implement patches, system upgrades, maintenance releases and application backups
• Participate in the design, development, enhancement and testing of Hyperion applications in accordance with requirements and business processes
• Develop test plans and documentation to demonstrate compliance with corporate and IT governance practices
• Provide support for ongoing major projects

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Extensive experience with Hyperion
• Experience in Hyperion Essbase (ASO, BSO, MDX, MAXL), Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and FDMEE
• Basic understanding of financial statements
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and to work through and resolve issues with little supervision
