The Execu|Search Group Looking for SQL / ETL Developer at Maryland Heights, MO Full Time

A services organization in Missouri is looking to add a new SQL / ETL Developer to their growing staff.

Responsibilities:
The SQL / ETL Developer will:

• Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Write medium / complex SQL queries
• Create and maintain all aspects of reports and ETL processes sourced from Teradata, MS SQL Server, and Oracle databases using SQL, SSIS, SSRS and batch scripts
• Build or maintain cloud-native applications
• Set up, maintain, and evolve the cloud infrastructure of web applications
• Estimate development schedules and determine project scope
• Create code that meets design specifications, follows standards, easy to maintain
• Identify and propose areas of improvement throughout the software development process
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field
• Knowledge in one or more of the following: Teradata, MS SQL Server, Snowflake, or Oracle databases using SQL, SSIS, SSRS and batch scripts
• Knowledge of Source Code Version Control
• Experience in new solutions, and re-coding legacy solutions to work with the upgraded JavaScript, XLM, JSON and API.
• Knowledge about Data modelling, Data integration, data validation
• API integration experience
• Experience with Project Management tools Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Solid understanding of the Agile process
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
