An entertainment organization in Tennessee is currently seeking a new Technical Services Project Manager for a promising opportunity with their growing staff. In this role, the Technical Services Project Manager will be responsible for managing all ERP related Procure to Pay (PTP/MDG) project implementations and continuous improvement projects across PTP.
Responsibilities:
The Technical Services Project Manager will:
Manage all technical and M&A related projects/implementations
Perform root cause analysis sought toward eliminating source of process issues from business environment as needed in Ariba, SLP, SAP and RampUp
Partner with the IS&T and MTS teams to resolve system defects and implementation of system improvements
Ensure all PTP testing processes for new SAP, Ariba, SLP, RampUp and other PTP related system implementations are completed successfully and timely
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Finance, and/or a related field
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote
Knowledge of SharePoint Site configuration, development and maintenance
Experience with Business Intelligence tools for a major ERP system, including writing/crafting reports
Process improvement experience
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
