A New York City commercial services company is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Technology Solutions Manager. In this role, the Technology Solutions Manager will be responsible for working with clients and Account teams to document detailed system features and requirements, develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
Responsibilities:
The Technology Solutions Manager will:
Independently coordinate Contract Management, including preparation of contractual deliverables for technology, key terms, securing IT executive, legal & security input and approvals
Successfully handle client escalations and contribute to the retention and expansion of existing clients
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, ensure availability and allocation for the flawless execution of projects
Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals, manage proposal tasks and delegate appropriately
Prepare architectural and data flow diagrams to support the client solution, as required
Validation with internal Network and Engineering resources, Security & Compliance for any new software, integration or configuration requiring change management
Assistance in the preparation of RFP response materials
Working with point of contact, preparation of transition plans & activities
Validation and finalize account requirements and costs for transition and ongoing support for new clients, as well as working with the overall Transition & Account leads prior to execution of the client transition
Maintain competency in client applications for consulting, implementation and demonstration capabilities
Provide product roadmap input for improvement of the alignment of the client applications to the business service delivery both current and future
Managing product knowledge base for software implementation and delivery
Provide Portfolio and Project updates in the Weekly Service Delivery meeting
Present and participate in the Quarterly Meetings
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Technology Sales and/or Client Facing roles
BA / MA in IT, MIS Planning and Development or equivalent experience.
Project Management, ITIL or SDLC
Knowledge of service order, contract, supplier management, procurement, and/or accounting practices to aid in the identification, management and resolution of technology problems for effective client service delivery
Experience in providing SDLC solutions with a focus in supplier management, service requests, contact management, contract management, lease administration, and project management
Experience with client care and or sales
Product management experience
Solid problem solving and time management skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
