Judge Healthcare is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst in Harleysville, PA with a top client of ours.

Job Description: The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will report to the Chief Operating Officer to focus on supporting our Financial, Sales & Marketing, and Operations teams in day-to-day operational activities and tactical NetSuite activities. Create strategic partnerships within these business groups to leverage subject matter expertise and drive process improvements. This position will be responsible for evolving current processes, developing new enhancements, working with third-party vendors, and owning the evolution of the NetSuite platform.
Breakdown of Responsibilities:
ACTIVITY – NetSuite Administrator Time Allocation: 60%
• Serve as the business system owner of NetSuite, hands-on.
• Lead ERP change management, support and enhancement.
• Manage software vendors to deliver specific projects, from quote to completion.
• Manage data feeds, data quality, master data and reporting.
• Lead software vendor selection and project scheduling, scope and cost.
• Work with our customers to streamline their experience and reduce costs.
• Focus on process first to implement, document and drive the ERP.
• Guide employee training.
ACTIVITY – Daily Requirements and Responsibilities Time Allocation: 20%
• Become the in-house leader for all aspects of the ERP and supporting feeder systems, including manufacturing, finance, line managers and users.
• Gather, specify, control and deploy ERP changes.
• In time, grow to understand and maintain key process management documents.
• Drive bi-weekly team reviews, approvals and releases.
• Be a proactive problem-solver with a strong focus speed, cost and communication on all levels of the company.
ACTIVITY – Core Responsibilities Time Allocation: 10%
• Manage day-to-day functional operations within NetSuite environment.
• Manage regression testing of updates to NetSuite code and third-party bundles.
• Maintain integrations between NetSuite and adjacent business systems.
• Design, build, and deploy customizations in NetSuite, leveraging existing applications with newer ones as needed.
• Confidently provide support and user training across departments.
• Perform analysis on large data sets and summarize results to business owners.
• Other ad hoc projects as required, including reporting in tools such as PowerBI, Excel or built-in ERP.
ACTIVITY – Team Time Allocation: 10%
• Attend and participate in weekly meetings.
• Support cross functional team initiatives.
• Serve as brand ambassador. Participate in customer visits and create and develop excellent relationships with key contacts in order to develop deeper insights to how we can better support our strategic customers and grow as a dynamic team.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities; give and welcome feedback, contribute to building positive team spirit; put success of team to serve the customer first.
Required Skills:
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Construction Management, Construction Science, MIS or Information Systems, or anything related to the construction/engineering field.
• Demonstrated expertise with NetSuite customizations and data migrations, ideally within a high- growth business and/or manufacturing environment for a few years.
• NetSuite Administer Certification preferred, SuiteScript required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio, SmartSheet and/or MS Project.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Keen interest in learning other business systems here, such as Coupa, OneStream, and ProScope.
