• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and social media platforms
• Ensure smooth delivery of online orders
• Communicate between stores and office for SOH arrangement issues
• Prepare monthly reports & administrative work
• Handle customer complaints and follow up on solutions
• Follow up repair cases
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
