ThinkIN is looking for a Marketing Specialist.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementi our marketing strategy, leading marketing campaigns, evaluating our marketing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal sales and business development teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to details.

Your Responsibilities
Drive the creation of engaging content (e.g, blog posts and case studies) to promote across different digital platforms
Develop, implement, and track performance of marketing activities (e.g. website, email, social media, paid campaigns and events)
Brand promotion (social media, newsletters, brochures, presentations and other marketing materials etc);
Marketing analysis, segmentation, and product positioning
Organisation and participation to exhibitions
Collaboration with partners for co-marketing activities
Your Qualifications
University Degree economics, marketing and communication, business administration, engineering, or computer science
4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing preferably with experience in the digital transformation area
Excellent knowledge of English both written and oral
Previous experience with Paid Ads (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good knowledge of digital tools and channels (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, …)
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis across different platforms (e.g.,Google Analytics, CRM systems )
Knowledge of marketing strategy and business development
Excellent creative writing skills and strong experience in producing written content
Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
