TikTok Shop is a discovery-based E-Commerce platform dedicated to becoming the first choice for users to discover and get good products at good prices. In multiple scenarios such as livestream E-Commerce and video content E-Commerce fields, the international E-Commerce business hopes to provide a more personalized, proactive and efficient consumption experience for global users, provide the reliable platform services for merchants, and achieve our mission of “to sell good things with a good price easier; to make life better at user’s fingertips”.
TikTok Shop’s Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. Risk detection abilities, fairness and healthiness of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodity quality, post-order experiences are what we thrive to improve. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality and govern the marketplace in all aspects.
Responsibilities
1. Have experience in order management, return process management, dispute resolution and providing solutions for third-party sellers to simplify the return process, etc., and accumulate their own product perspective and planning.
2. Improve after-sales experience and design C-end and B-end product processes through user research, A/B testing and data analysis.
3. Able to define and design systematic product solutions to solve difficult problems in a fast-paced and multi-team environment.
4. Promote cross-functional cooperation and work closely with PR, legal, operations, design and parallel product teams.
5. Work with customer service teams and seller support teams in different countries to incorporate user feedback into product development and improvement.
