As a Logistics (Cargo) Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for processing customer and carrier cargo claims. The primary function is to coordinate and manage the claim process for freight brokers, customers and carriers. Critical to the role is document collection, claim presentations and working closely with insurance claim adjusters. This position reports to the CEO.
