Pflege der Konferenzräume & des Küchenbereichs
Organisation & Durchführung von Teamevents und Mitarbeiter Schulungen
Überwachen des Materialbestandes und Durchführung von Bestellungen
Organisation von Geschäftsbesprechungen und Reiseplanungen sowie Durchführung und Koordination administrativer Abläufe
Unterstützung des Office Managers bei allgemeinen Büroabläufen
Erledigung von allgemeinen telefonischen und schriftlichen Korrespondenzen
Unterstützung des Senior Administration Managers bei organisatorischen Belangen im HR-Bereich
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliches
Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute Kenntnisse in Word, Excel und PowerPoint
Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
Eigenständige, gewissenhafte, proaktiv und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Liebe zum Detail
Teamfähigkeit und Engagement

Your tasks:
Guest reception and hospitality
Maintenance of the conference rooms and the kitchen area
Organization and execution of team events and employee trainings
Monitoring of the material stock and execution of orders
Organizing business meetings and travel arrangements as well as performing and coordinating administrative procedures
Assisting the Office Manager with general office procedures
Handling of general telephone and written correspondence
Supporting the Senior Administration Manager in organizational matters in the HR area.
Your profile:
Completed commercial professional training or similar
Professional experience in a comparable position
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills
Independent, conscientious, proactive and service-oriented approach to work with attention to detail
Ability to work in a team and commitment
