Manpower planning experience is a MUST
Consultancy background is preferred
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Business Units to assist in their reorganization efforts and offer guidance on manpower structure and requests.
Identify reorganization opportunities, prioritizing areas with potential synergies or a high degree of transactional work that could be streamlined or automated.
Manage the annual Manpower Budgeting Exercise to evaluate the organization’s workforce needs and requests.
Supervise the accurate maintenance of organizational structure and positions in Success Factor.
Coordinate with Payrolls to conduct budget cost planning for the upcoming Financial Year.
Ensure the accuracy of workforce metrics for reporting purposes.
Requirements
Possess a University Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in HR manpower planning and organisation development in a commercial organisation
Experience in organisational design in a consultancy is a plus
