Level II IT Field Technician Responsibilities Include:
• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner
• Follow all company procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers
Qualifications:
• Familiar with a variety of fields, concepts, practices, and procedures
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Server 2008-2019
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with networking equipment
• SonicWall
• Cisco
• Netgear
• MicroTek
• Linksys
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• English literacy
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• A.S. in an IT related discipline or relevant certifications
