We need someone with some Agile experience. This is not a full-blown Agile environment but we need someone who has experience in it. Hybrid model, 50/50 in office and WFH (typically 2 days one week, 3 days the next).
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines for multiple projects.
Strong business-centric mindset with the ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.
Participate in departmental project teams; assist with various projects and initiatives as assigned.
Determining and outlining business process improvements.
Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
Attend Focus Group meetings, as needed, to hear the concerns/suggestions of the members
Manage projects to improve processes that will increase efficiency, productivity, and accuracy across the organization.
Updating process and procedure policies with internal stakeholders.
This position will involve preparing written communication in the form of process document software and PowerPoint presentations.
Staying up to date with the latest technology and improvement strategies.
High level of credibility with executives, various line managers and business partners; demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive to results.
Qualifications Summary
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a Business discipline such as in Organizational Leadership, Economics, or Finance.
Experience
5 + years of project management experience, preferably in Financial Services Technology.
Agile Methodology
Project Leadership experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.
Ability to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously to drive timely results, prioritizing effectively and facilitating action across remote groups.
Must be able to prioritize work and effectively manage time and have the ability to manage change
Strong working knowledge of and experience in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Detail and task-oriented
Ability to apply organizational skills in a wide variety of areas
Strong analytical, critical reasoning, and decision-making skills.
Skilled writer with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
