Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency
Collaborate with various stakeholders to support the establishment of the new office
Manage office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
Provide administrative support to the GM and the team as needed.
Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Job Requirements:
Capable of overseeing and managing office operations, including aspects of facilities management
Proficient in handling agreements
Skilled in drafting policies
Experienced in collaborating with corporate secretariat
Familiar with legal procedures and frameworks
