Unilever is currently hiring for a Regional Customer Operations HR Coordinator & OE Specialist based in Latam

Working closely with the LA Customer Operations HR Heads and the Global Business Operations
community, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of HR strategy for Customer Operations and global programs. You will support the Customer Operations Team to effectively build and execute the HR Strategy by providing the necessary data and reporting support required to the teams.
What you can expect from the role?
Supporting and executing the People agenda and Human resources plan.
Own and control the LA Customer Operations data and reporting, including Workforce Planning, and keep track financial impacts of FTEs Management.
Support Organizational Effectiveness insights and actions for the Organization, including Univoice and Unipulse updates, data management, diversity, etc.
Main contact for Global Business Operations docking point requirements at the regional level.
Support the Engagement & Communication plan for LA Customer Operations
Support on DPF and WL3 Talent Review: design and development agenda, pre-work and meeting deck.
Driving the diversity agenda: support in the design, implementation and execute the Diversity & Inclusion plan for CO Latin America.
Play the Regional Role of HR supporting SHE, Security, Quality and Procurement LATAM Team in line with global HRBP agendas and requirements.
Does this sound like you?
College degree in a related field.
Proficient in Excel, Visier and PowerBI
Experience with managing large and complex data is needed.
Ability to work independently, taking ownership to positively influence end-to-end results.
Strong analytical capabilities, familiarity with HR tools and systems in Organisation &
Analytics and being able to deliver insights-driven actions and interventions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal. Able to translate ideas into clear and specific project plans.
Previous experience in Human Resources
Needs the ability to run and implement the project across a variety of business needs.
Interacts with HR and business colleagues within and outside the business to ensure alignment with the HR CO Agenda
Encourages groups and individuals to work collaboratively by focusing on the common purpose of the team.
