The Credit & Collection Lead is responsible for supporting internal management teams in achieving and exceeding key Collections KPIs reporting to the Head of Credit Management.
Driving cash collections within Mobile and Fixed services, inclusive of both Consumer and Corporate customers.
The Credit Manager will work closely with Collections Managers in Consumer and Corporate to support and drive performance of KPIs
support Collections team on various projects and initiatives to drive continuous process transformation
Manage C Level stakeholders on collections performance and key KPI dependencies with other stakeholders. Develop strategic partnerships across the management team, working closely with internal departments promoting a culture of communication, continuous improvement and Spirit values.
Manage customer disputes to resolution and continuously improve customer experience
Manage cash allocations, bank reconciliations with key stakeholder’s treasury and collections team.
Management and participation in credit risk reviews, regulatory change and audits.
Three to five years’ experience in a Collections Team Leader role
Project management experience within large multinationals/blue chip company
Commercial mind-set with a strong financial acumen
Strong problem-solving skills to manage roadblocks and incidents accordingly
Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a high energy level.
Please note: This is a Fixed Term Contract for a minimum of 12 months.
