Requisitos de trabajo:
Administrar la logística doméstica de activos, productos y materiales de acuerdo a lo requerido por las líneas de producto, en completo cumplimiento de las regulaciones, estándares y políticas internas.
Seleccionar la ruta más efectiva en tiempo y costos para los envíos o retornos requeridos.
Optimizar la utilización de la flota propia y mensualizada, dando preferencia a su utilización antes de un servicio solicitado por spot a los proveedores autorizados.
Validar las solicitudes de movimientos logísticos domésticos y programar los servicios para cumplir con la entrega en tiempo de los requerimientos.
Diseñar planes de carga y consolidaciones con el objetivo de maximizar la utilización de unidades de renta y servicios solicitados por spot.
Asegurar la utilización de los proveedores con mejores tarifas disponibles asegurando estar siempre utilizando el mejor proveedor en cuanto a costos y disponibilidad de unidades.
Evaluar el desempeño del transportista con respecto a la carga y entrega de los materiales y equipos
Registrar los servicios programados mediante una bitácora semanal.
Generar la orden de compra a los proveedores previo a recibir el servicio.
Experiencia:
Experiencia y conocimientos de planificación y coordinación de envíos
Conocimiento en software (Planificación de en envíos)
