Administrative Assistant (Receptionist)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general reception duties including visitor counter management, handling incoming calls, mailing service and courier arrangements
• Arrange office cleaning service, manage stock of pantry consumables, perform cash counting
• Perform data entry, filing and prepare administrative reports
• Provide other clerical support to the Department
• Handle other assignments as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Secondary graduate with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Able to handle incoming calls and communicate with visitors
• Good command of Cantonese and fair in English
• Polite, pleasant, good customer service attitude
• High team spirit, detail-minded, able to work independently
• A strong passion for serving the poor and needy
• May need to work overtime occasionally
• On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
