We also lead cross-functional workstreams to turn product innovation into complete, packaged solutions that allow advertisers to achieve their business objectives while supporting Sales teams. In addition, we understand that claims are critical to telling a more impactful YouTube story and accelerating our business and marketing priorities.
As a Global Solutions Lead, you will secure compelling, data-driven insights of YouTube’s business activation strategies for ad products. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders on Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to synthesize the needs of the market, mange project delivery and claim distribution, and research into key resources and channels.

Responsibilities
- Develop deep partnerships with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to identify key claims and research needs.
- Prioritize opportunities to influence the policy governing claims. Mange projects in cross-functional workstreams to drive alignment on updates.
- Define and implement strategy to drive ease of discovery by internal users and increase the adoption of key metrics.
- Lead the development of internal executive communications to drive transparency in the claims space.
- Represent the Sales team on a cross-functional council for data sharing policy and approval on what people can share with their customers.
