We are looking to hire a VP, People & Culture who will play a key role evolving Zizoo’s culture and people infrastructure through its next phase of growth. What we have today is working but we have aspirations to innovate and lead in the people space to encompass our vision.
Reporting to the CEO, this person will sit on the Leadership team and play a critical role in sustainably building, retaining and engaging outstanding people focused on developing high performing teams. To do this effectively, getting under the skin of what we do and how we do it will contribute to the success.
You will be leading a small team of people and talent specialists to develop and deliver the people strategy and roadmap. Your mission is to build a valuable and impactful relationship, creating a partnership between the People team and the rest of the business, resulting in positive change as needed. You’ll have a blend of strategic and execution experience and will be energised by this balance.
Tasks:
Assess, challenge and amend the organizational structure in line with the company’s direction, identifying missing capabilities and creating opportunities for internal progression.
Requirements:
You must have proven experience as a VP, People & Culture, or similar senior-level HR position scaling a start-up from 100 to 300+
